10,000 SF Medical & Office Building
This 10,000 SF, single-story mixed-use building is comprised of approximately 6,000 SF of medical office and 4,000 SF office space. CBTWO Architects paired with our then sister company, CBTWO Construction, for an integrated project delivery approach which gave the owner a complete turn-key package. For the exterior materials, two tones of warm brick contrast with metal details. The entry is clearly marked with large windows that glow in the evening.
